Return Policy

We want you to love your purchases from Simpson and Co.! If your items do not work for you, we are happy to offer a merchandise credit. Please see our return guidelines below. 

• Items may be returned within 14 days for store credit of your purchase. These items must be in new, and unused condition.
  
• Sale items, jewelry, food, Oh My Mahjong and holiday items are not eligible for returns.
• Returns are at the discretion of the owner.
